Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautifully appointed rooms with 17th-century frescos, providing a large, clean, airy space with a wonderful view. While the rooms are small and dated, they still hold a certain charm. The service is a mix of very helpful aspects and some unkind, unprofessional traits, but the staff was quick to accommodate room changes. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience is adequate, with some limited options available. Overall, a stay here is a blend of historical charm and modern convenience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but I was constantly awakened by loud sounds during the night from trash pickup at 2 am. The service was friendly and professional, with helpful staff, though the dining options were a bit inadequate for such a hotel. The location couldn't be beaten, right in the historic center of Perugia, but there were occasional disturbances near a metal fire door.
The hotel was a mixed experience overall. While the rooms were old and very cold, they were a bargain at 65 euros, offering a nice size with a large comfortable bed and a good-sized new bathroom. However, the age of the rooms was noticeable, especially the bathroom with a shower featuring a short curtain and a huge horrible ugly pole.
